Idaho service includes Boise, Meridian, Kuna, Star, Middleton, Nampa, Caldwell and surrounding areas. Coverage and any delivery charge depend on your venue address and the published driving-distance policy.
Delivery for packages and standalone rentals is included within 25 one-way driving miles of our American Fork, South Boise or Mesa service base. From over 25 through 75 miles, travel is $5 per excess one-way driving mile, charged once per event for delivery and collection. Beyond 75 miles, request a custom quote. BSS confirms the route distance and any travel amount in your reviewed quote. Send your venue address and date; a city name alone does not establish coverage or availability.
Arizona currently offers all five canopy packages and 12×12/16×16 dance floors, with BSS delivery, installation and takedown. Customer pickup is unavailable in Arizona. Delivery for packages and standalone rentals is included within 25 one-way driving miles; additional travel follows the published policy and is confirmed with your quote.
What is covered?
- Base: canopy and both long side walls
- With suitable venue-approved eyebolts and basketball backboards, Base accommodates rooms up to approximately 115 × 70 ft. Room dimensions alone do not establish attachment suitability.
- One end-wall upgrade
- 4 panels cover one end wall up to 50 ft wide. With Base’s two long side walls, that is 3 covered walls total—not four walls.
- Framework when approved venue attachments are unavailable
- The $300 framework upgrade includes installation and takedown for rooms up to 90 ft long. Longer framework installations require at least 3 months’ lead time and individual scope/pricing review. Framework runs along the room’s length; width does not set this upgrade’s coverage. An extra requested quantity does not automatically extend that limit.
Send wide room photos showing hoops, accordion doors and features you want concealed. BSS assesses their position and intended coverage before confirming a solution. Decorative indoor draping is not outdoor weather shelter.

Before BSS arrives
Clear tables and chairs; sweep and mop. Confirm venue permission, setup/removal access and suitable approved eyebolts/backboards. If these are unavailable, ask BSS to evaluate framework before relying on the setup.
Setup & takedown timing
Standard draping: 2½–3 hours setup and 1½–2 hours takedown.
With the listed framework: 3½–4 hours setup and 2¼–2¾ hours takedown. Framework adds one hour of setup and 45 minutes of takedown. Longer custom work needs an individually reviewed timeline.
Who installs and removes it?
BSS installs and removes the draping and framework. Confirm the venue’s access windows, installation restrictions and removal schedule before finalizing your agreement.
