Grand Canopy includes all four draping/lighting upgrades. Grand Ballroom includes one 12×12 floor at the fixed package price of $1,600 — $300 above Grand Canopy. The 12×12 floor rents separately for $299. Freestanding pipe-and-drape support where approved eyebolts are absent is a separate $300 upgrade, subject to venue evaluation. Grand with that support is $1,600 before unconfirmed delivery/travel and any taxes.

Is indoor canopy draping a weather shelter?
No. Treat outdoor tent coverage as a separate scope. The team must assess the site and weather plan.
Do I need to understand the rigging?
No. Share your venue and what you know. BSS should verify the suitable installation approach before booking.
How much access time should we allow?
Allow 2½–3 hours for draping setup and 1½–2 hours for takedown. Confirm your access windows with the venue and BSS.
What must be ready when BSS arrives?
Clear the room of tables and chairs, sweep and mop, and have venue permission and approved attachment points ready.
What is available in Arizona?
All five draping packages are available within 25 miles of Mesa. BSS handles delivery, installation, and takedown; customer pickup is unavailable. Exact venue coverage is confirmed in your quote.
What does Base cover?
With suitable venue-approved eyebolts and basketball backboards, Base accommodates rooms up to approximately 115 × 70 ft. Overhead canopy draping and draping along both long side walls.

We serve the American Fork area in Utah. Idaho service includes Boise, Meridian, Kuna, Star, Middleton, Nampa, Caldwell and surrounding areas. Coverage and any delivery charge depend on your venue address and the published driving-distance policy. Arizona service is within 25 miles of our Mesa service base, with BSS delivery, installation and takedown; customer pickup is unavailable there.
